2025 NAEAA Conference

The National Association of Equine Affiliated Academics (NAEAA) annual conference will be hosted by Colorado State University in Fort Collins, CO June 2-3, 2025. The 2025 conference will consist of a mix of workshops, panels, and social activities.

Registration:

  • Registration without NAEAA membership (only available to current members that paid dues after the last conference) - $115

  • Registration with NAEAA membership (select this option if you paid membership with last conference or are new to NAEAA) - $150

  • Student registration (meal costs only) - $50

  • Sponsor registration (sponsorship invoiced separately) - $0

  • Student ambassador registration - $0

 

NOTE: All registration options include free admission to the joint Equine Science Society (ESS) -NAEAA session on Tuesday afternoon, June 3, 2025. Click HERE for ESS Symposium information.

Hotel information:

The Hilton Fort Collins is within walking distance of the conference site and offers a discounted rate for members attending the NAEAA Annual Conference and/or the ESS Symposium. Please note the discounted parking offered by the hotel ($5/d) is less expensive than parking available on the CSU campus ($13/d or $2/hr).

 

To reserve by phone: A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton Fort Collins for the Equine Science Society Symposium with a Monday, June 2, 2025, arrival. Please call 800 768 0605 and ask for the Equine Science Society Symposium Block with the booking code 949.  You will be able to book in the block at the discounted group rate of $169.00 per room, per night for a standard room with one king or two double beds. This block also has discounted parking of $5 per vehicle, per day. The discounted rate, room block and parking will be available until Friday, May 9, 2025, or until it is sold out, whichever happens first.

Getting to Fort Collins from Denver International Airport (DIA): â€‹

Airport Shuttles

Landline Shuttle – transport from DIA to Fort Collins and Loveland (Uber/Lyft/Taxi to hotel). Prices $32-$35 per person

Groome Shuttle – Transport from DIA to Fort Collins. Can request drop at Fort Collins Hilton or CSU. Prices for Hotel Service $53-$58 dollars. Fort Collins/CSU Transit Centers = $32.

Estimate for Uber/Lyft from DIA to Fort Collins = $200-$300 depending on time of day

 

NOTE: If flying United, you can set Fort Collins/Loveland Regional Airport (FNL) as the destination (must book through United.com). They have a wingless connection (bus) from DIA to FNL. If you take that option, they handle getting your luggage to the bus! 

An Uber or Lift from FNL airport to the Hilton is ~$20-$35, depending on the time of day.
