2026 NAEAA Conference
The National Association of Equine Affiliated Academics (NAEAA) annual conference will be hosted by Texas A&M University in College Station, TX May 19-21, 2026. The 2026 conference will consist of a mix of workshops, panels, and social activities.
Registration:

Registration without NAEAA membership (only available to current members that paid dues after the last conference) - $140 ($190 after May 3)

Registration with NAEAA membership (select this option if you paid membership with last conference or are new to NAEAA) - $175 ($225 after May 3)

Student registration (meal costs only) - $100 ($150 after May 3)

2026 Call for Abstracts:
The National Association of Equine Affiliated Academics (NAEAA) annual conference will be held on May 19-21, 2026 in College Station, TX. Individuals are encouraged to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations (due March 1), as well as proposals for workshops or panel discussions (due March 1) to the 2026 annual conference committee for consideration.
